A skilled HVACR workforce is critical to energy conservation goals in the United States and around the globe. With an estimated additional 57,000 skilled workers needed each year to work in this fast-paced, well-paying, multibillion dollar industry, AHRI works closely with industry to coordinate and synergize efforts to recruit and train the next generation of HVACR workers.
