Welcome! Registration is open only to employees of member companies and invited guests. Please note that some sessions are invitation-only.
Registration Fees (for Members ONLY):
$450 through April 29, 2024
$500 after April 29, 2024
If you plan to register for legislative visits, please select this on your registration form so we can arrange your visit and transportation.
AHRI accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Online registration for the Policy Symposium will close at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, after which registration will be available on-site only during the following dates and times:
- Monday, May 20: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Tuesday, May 21: 6:30 AM – 11:30 PM
- Wednesday, May 22: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Press
Reporters and media representatives are not permitted to register for this year’s Policy Symposium.
Cancelations
Refunds will be provided, less a $100 administrative fee, if AHRI receives notice via email to Lauren Little, llittle@ahrinet.org, by May 15, 2024. After May 15, no refunds will be given, although attendee substitutions will be allowed.
AHRI Policy on Private Social Functions
The AHRI policy pertaining to private group social functions during the period of the Policy Symposium is as follows:
"Member companies are encouraged to avoid scheduling any private group social functions during the period of the Policy Symposium. If any such functions are held, they should be scheduled in all cases to avoid any conflict with programmed AHRI meetings or social functions."
