Welcome!

The AHRI Board of Directors and staff look forward to welcoming you to the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort for the 2023 AHRI Leadership Forum! A celebrated setting in Miami, complete with lush tropical gardens and a 100-year-old Banyan tree, this resort is South Florida’s premier destination. Across the 300-acre setting, you will find Mediterranean-inspired architecture, marble walkways, and sparkling fountains.

November temperatures average 79 degrees high and 70 degrees low.

Recommended Attire

Suggested dress for the main sessions, breakout meetings, breakfasts, and lunches is resort/country club casual. Casual attire, including dress shorts and jeans, is recommended for both the Sunday and Monday evening receptions.

Registration

Registration for the AHRI Leadership Forum is open only to employees of member companies, qualified sponsoring company representatives, working press representatives, and invited guests. Please note that some sessions are invitation-only.

    Early Registration (by Sept. 28): $800.00
    Regular Registration (Sept. 29 – Oct. 27): $850.00

    Late Registration (after Oct. 27 and on-site): $900.00

    AHRI accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

    The registration fee covers attendance at all general sessions, committee meetings and breakout sessions; the Welcome Reception and Dinner; Annual Chairman’s Breakfast, Industry Awards, and Keynote Speaker; Monday’s Reception and Dinner; and the Incoming Chairman’s Lunch, Sports Awards, and closing Keynote Speaker. Sporting events, sightseeing tours, and the spouse event are priced separately and are not included in the registration fee. Please include payment for these activities with your registration fee.

    Spouse/Guest Registration

    The registration fee for a spouse or guest (not a business colleague) accompanying a member registrant is complimentary and entitles them to attend the Welcome Reception and Dinner; Annual Chairman’s Breakfast, Industry Awards, and Keynote Speaker; Monday’s Reception and Dinner; and the Incoming Chairman’s Lunch, Sports Awards and closing Keynote Speaker. Spouses and guests may not attend committee meetings or breakout sessions.

    When registering your guest, please ensure you provide their email address in the required email entry field on the registration page.

    To Register

    Please check the appropriate areas of the registration form to indicate which sessions, committee meetings, breakout sessions, social functions, sports activities, and tours you and your spouse/guest will attend. Your registration confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.

    Please complete the Registration Questions section of the registration form by listing the following information, if applicable: your emergency contact information; dietary restrictions; golf handicap and foursome request; rental club’s request; any tour restrictions; your t-shirt size if you are participating in the Rees Scholarship Foundation 5K Fun Run/Walk; and any other personal information we might need to make your participation more enjoyable.

    If you have already registered and need to add your spouse/guest or otherwise modify your registration, please follow these steps:

    • Log in with your email and password
    • Click on the “My Transactions” tab
    • Scroll down and click the “Add Spouse” or “Add Session” link next to the event title, AHRI 2023 Leadership Forum.

    NOTE: Please make sure you do not click “Add Session” next to “Spouse” if you are adding sessions to your own agenda.  

    Online registration for the Leadership Forum will close at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 3. After which registration will be available on-site only, during the following dates and times:

    Saturday, November 11     12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
    Sunday, November 12        7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    Monday, November 13           7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    Tuesday, November 14   7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    Registration is complimentary for the first two (2) representatives from a qualified working press organization, after which employees from the same company will be charged the full registration fee.

    Registration cancelations will incur a $100 administrative fee. Refunds will be provided, less the $100 fee, if AHRI receives a cancelation notice via email by October 27. After October 27, no refunds will be provided, but attendee substitutions will be allowed. To cancel or request a substitution, email the events team at [email protected].

    The AHRI policy pertaining to private group social functions during the period of the Leadership Forum is as follows: 

    "Member companies are encouraged to avoid scheduling any private group social functions during the period of the AHRI Leadership Forum. If any such functions are held, they should be scheduled in all cases to avoid any conflict with programmed AHRI meetings or social functions."
