Online registration for the Leadership Forum will close at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 4. After November 4, registration is available on-site only, during the following dates and times:
Saturday, November 12: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Sunday, November 13: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Monday, November 14 : 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday, November 15: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
The registration fee covers attendance at all general sessions and breakout meetings; the Welcome Reception and Dinner; Annual Chairman’s Breakfast, Industry Awards, and Keynote Speaker; Monday’s Reception and Dinner; the Incoming Chairman’s Breakfast, Sports Awards, and closing Keynote Speaker; and Tuesday’s Closing Lunch with Keynote Speaker. Sporting events, sightseeing tours, and the spouse event are priced separately and are not included in the registration fee. Please include payment for these activities with your registration fee.
